IRCTC


                           We are happy to inform that IRCTC Ticket Booking through CSC is LIVE again.
All existing agents will receive a Welcome Mail from IRCTC on their registered email ID (registered during Agent creation). They need to activate / authenticate themselves as Agents first and enable themselves for ticket booking.
Fresh  VLE IRCTC Registration :
We are also glad to inform that CSC  have received permission from IRCTC to enable 1 lakh VLEs as IRCTC Agents across the Country. Fresh registration for interested VLEs is opened and live now on digitalseva portal. VLEs who have already registered with us, but were yet to get agent codes, will be given the codes first.


Fresh Registration will be at the cost of Rs 2000/- per registration (wallet debit).

                   Here we attache the new process flow of IRCTC service for existing VLE IRCTC Agent. It will be helpful to login in new portal.

Status of IRCTC agent code creation to that of registrations done by VLEs


                        This is in reference to the registrations done by VLEs on the new portal for getting IRCTC Agent code.

Out of the 1638 touched data, csc could create only 795.

Others are not created because of the following:
a) Address missing – 47 (instead of sharing a address proof, centre photo or his pic is uploaded)
b) Email Existing – 121
c) Mobile Existing – 236
d) Mobile & Email Existing – 242
e) Pan Existing – 196

                       For Pan existing, the VLE needs to get his Pan released from IRCTC. They need to write a mail to care@irctc.co.in. The same had been published in newsletter. Followup needs to be done by VLE. He had used his Pan card to create Individual ID.








Bharat Bill Payment System


Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS) is now live on the Digital Seva Portal:


                  This is to inform you that Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS) is now live on the Digital Seva Portal. All VLEs are requested to make the mobile, electricity and other utility bill payments through the BBPS Platform.

               BBPS, a One-stop access has multiple modes of payment and provides instant confirmation of payment via an SMS or receipt. BBPS also offers myriad bill collection categories like electricity, telecom, gas, DTH, water bills etc. through a single window.As a Bharat Bill Payment Operating Unit (BBPOU), CSC will be able to connect with the  centralized BBPS which makes a number of BBPS services available to you and further enables your customers to pay their Electricity, Water, Gas, DTH and Mobile bills.

    GST Registration


                              Mandatory Requirement of Registration: As per Section 24 of CGST Act , there is mandatory requirement of obtaining Registration . There is no threshold limit of Rs 20.00 Lacs and Rs 10.00 Lacs .

    Registration is to be be obtained with in 30 days of  Rendering the Service.

    Consequences of Not obtaining Registration:


                1)      Legally cannot work as E commerce operator.


                2)      Can not collect Tax  from any person.


                3)      Can not raise Taxable Invoice.


                4)      Department will issue Show cause notice of imposing penalty and penalty may be levied upto Rs 25,000.00 ( Rupees Twenty five thousand only)  . And even after paying Penalty , registration will have to be obtained.


    Compliances after obtaining Registration :


                1)      Issuance of Taxable invoices with in 30 days of Rendering of service.


                2)      Filing of Monthly GSTR 1 , GSTR 2 & 3.


                3)      Deposit of Tax.


                4)      Failure of Furnishing the return, Penality may be imposed upto Rs 10,000.00

    National Pension System


    National Pension System:

    National Pension System (NPS) is a voluntary, defined contribution retirement savings scheme. The NPS has been designed to enable systematic savings during the subscriber’s working life.. It is an attempt towards finding a sustainable solution to provide adequate retirement income to every citizen of India.

    The National Pension System (NPS) was Launched on 1st January, 2004 with the objective of providing retirement income to all the citizens. NPS aims to institute pension reforms inculcate the habit of savings for retirement amongst the citizens.

    With effect from 1st May 2009, NPS has been provided for all citizens of the country including the unorganised sector  workers on voluntary basis.

    NPS offers following Important Features to help subscriber save for retirement :

    The Subscriber will be allotted a unique Permanent Retirement Account Number (PRAN). This unique account number will remain the same for the rest of subscriber’s life. This unique PRAN can be used from any location in INDIA.

     WHO CAN JOIN NPS?

    Individual : All citizens of India between the Age of 18 to 60 years can Join NPS.

    PRAN will Provide access to Personal Account:

    Tier -I Account : This is a non-withdrawable account meant for savings for retirement.

    Tier -I Account requires a minimum investment of Rs. 1000 annually and Rs. 500 per transaction. There should be atleast one transaction per annum and minimum deposit of Rs. 1000 per annum is mandatory.

    Commission for vle :-

    VLE’s earn instant Rs. 100+ commission on each new NPS account which is opened by them and in case of contribution to existing pension account instant commission Rs. 16.

    Digipay Installation

    Following are the steps to install the updated  version:

    Download the updated “Digi Pay  Setup v2.0”  from Google drive as in the link provided below.
     

    Extract the file.
    Right click on the extracted  “setup.exe” file and then select “Run as administrator” command to install the  application.
        Complete the installation  process and restart the system.
        Once installed, complete the  registration by your Aadhaar number followed by E-KYC.
        On successful registration,  provide the basic “business” and  “banking” information accurately and select  the project type as “CSC  VLE” / "PDS GUJARAT"

    Now, you are ready to avail the  Digi Pay services.

    1. First Download Update File From Above Link.
    2. Then Open Local Disk C in ur System.
    3. Open CSC e Governance Services India Limited Folder in C Drive.
    4. Then After Open Digipay Folder.
    5. Then Open Update Folder Available in CSC e Governance Folder.
    6. If Update Folder Doesn’t Exists Then Create Folder (update).
    7. Then After Paste Downloaded Update File into Update Folder.
    8. After Pasting Update File Extract All Files into same Folder.
    9. After Extracting Copy all Extracted File.
    10. After Copying all Go Back One Step.
    11. After Getting back to Digipay Folder Paste All Copied Files by Selecting Copy & Replace Option.
    12. After Selecting Copy & Replace Close That Window.
    13. Now Open Digipay First Time By Doing Run as Administrator.
    14. Now U see that u able to get Opened Digipay into ur system.
    15. Now Enter  Aadhaar No & All Details Carefully nd Get Started Using Digipay at Centre nd Give Available Services of Digipay to Citizens
