We are happy to inform that IRCTC Ticket Booking through CSC is LIVE again.
All existing agents will receive a Welcome Mail from IRCTC on their registered email ID (registered during Agent creation). They need to activate / authenticate themselves as Agents first and enable themselves for ticket booking.
Fresh VLE IRCTC Registration :
We are also glad to inform that CSC have received permission from IRCTC to enable 1 lakh VLEs as IRCTC Agents across the Country. Fresh registration for interested VLEs is opened and live now on digitalseva portal. VLEs who have already registered with us, but were yet to get agent codes, will be given the codes first.
Fresh Registration will be at the cost of Rs 2000/- per registration (wallet debit).

Status of IRCTC agent code creation to that of registrations done by VLEs
Out of the 1638 touched data, csc could create only 795.
Others are not created because of the following:
a) Address missing – 47 (instead of sharing a address proof, centre photo or his pic is uploaded)
b) Email Existing – 121
c) Mobile Existing – 236
d) Mobile & Email Existing – 242
e) Pan Existing – 196For Pan existing, the VLE needs to get his Pan released from IRCTC. They need to write a mail to care@irctc.co.in. The same had been published in newsletter. Followup needs to be done by VLE. He had used his Pan card to create Individual ID.
